“ I wanted to take this time to first express my sincere thanks to you both for addressing my issue regarding the belt and pulley failure on my 2006 Mercedes C350 on Monday. It was discovered that during this time there were other items that needed to be addressed and upon closer review and taking into consideration the mileage of the vehicle I have decided to take over my wife’s car and purchase her a new vehicle (she liked this arrangement...that is for sure). However, with that being said you did not loose a customer. I am planning on having you service my vehicle even though it is not a Mercedes (for now). Finding good technicians such as yourselves is as difficult as it gets. Someone who listens and understands your needs with empathy and compassion is one in a million and you both exemplify those qualities above and beyond. I consider myself fortunate to be on the receiving end of your business ethics. As I mentioned before, you are in a negative business; only when things don't work as they should do you hear from a customer. I did not want to leave you hanging as to when you were going to hear from me to set up an appointment to address these other issues so I wanted to at least send you this message. My preference would have been to call you but I feel that seeing this on the written page would give you good reason to print it off and possibly post it where your other customers could see to ensure them that they made the right choice in trusting their vehicle to you.
